We provide a variety of services for our customers to ensure that all of their possible uniform needs are met and exceeded.

Alongside our main services such as PersonalisationCustomisation and our Wardrobe Management System (for online ordering), we also offer the following to ensure that we go the extra mile in the service that we offer.

For businesses with 50 or more wearers

Sizing Days

Our team of industry experts will personally bring physical garments for your wearers to try on, so you can be confident in the correct fit before issuing.

To make it convenient for you, we will work together to collect uniform sizes with minimal disruption and inconvenience during your working day.

Requirements for garments outside our standard size range can be taken at this time so special measure garments can be delivered at the same time as your main order.

Sampling and Special Measures

If customers choose to pay by invoice, we have the capability to provide product samples from our entire stock range. These samples are available on a 30-day sale or return basis, allowing customers to experience our products before making a purchase.

We also provide a special measure service to complement our extensive stock backed range which means that your garments can be altered or made to your special size requirements.

Special Measures are delivered within 6-8 weeks which is well above the industry standard.

Maternity versions of stock or bespoke uniforms can also be created with two weeks.

For bespoke orders, we provide gold seal samples of the garments we develop for you before they are put into production. 

FREE Design Boards

As part of our uniform consultation service, we will create MoodBoards or CADs (Computer Aided Design) boards to demonstrate how your potential uniform could look. 

After discussing your needs, uur team of experts will create a uniform concept and will work with our in house graphic designer to create a board for you, either with photography or illustrations of the proposed garments, displaying various styles, colours, trims, personalisation, and accessories. These help us ensure we have taken on board your wishes correctly, and help you see your ideal uniform come to life before making a commitment to us.

Dedicated Account Management

Each of our customers is given a dedicated account manager who will be involved in the uniform creation process from start to finish, ensuring there is transparent communication and consistency throughout.

The account manager, alongside our customer service team will receive, acknowledge and enter your orders onto the system they will liaise with production and procurement to check that goods are to be delivered/completed on time.

Where we are holding dedicated stock for clients, the account manager will work with the Managed Contracts Team to analyse management information and to monitor usage in order that stocks will be maintained at optimum levels. They will maintain telephone/email contact with customers throughout the contract term in order to gauge customer satisfaction and to check that orders are complete and delivered on time and that the service arrangements that we have put in place are working and remain appropriate.

Our operation all sits under one roof which means that we can offer quick turn arounds on all of your orders.

Storage and Logistics

Our 33,000 SQ FT base is made up of three warehouses. We are experts in the storage and logistics of staff uniforms.

We can store and manage your stock enabling you to call off garments as required. Stock is held and managed under a stock holding agreement.

Via the agreement we manage the stock levels to ensure swift delivery of branded uniforms in line with garment MOQ's and forecasted sales.

Orders are despatched individually person packed with delivery notes for ease of distribution and reconciliation.
