How do I change or cancel an order?

Please contact our customer service team on 01639 899008 as soon as you are aware a change needs to be made, depending on the progress of your order, we will try our best to meet your needs.

Where is my delivery?

Please have your order number ready, then call our customer service team by phone 01639 899008 or email us.

A member of the team will be able to track your parcel and advise you of the estimated delivery day.

My delivery is incomplete or incorrect, what should I do? 

Any missing or incorrect items need to be notified to us in writing.

Please email us your enquiry including your order number and a member of the team will investigate this for you.

I have received a faulty product, or the product is not as described - what should I do? 

Faulty, substituted or not as described products can be returned to us free of charge.

How can I obtain a copy of a despatch/returns note?

I would like to make an official complaint, what should I do? 

Where possible, all official complaints should be made in writing, either by email to sales@firstcorporateclothing.co.uk or by post to our Head office marked for the attention of the Administration Manager.

Returns

Can I return an item to you?

You may return unused goods for full refund up to 30 days after delivery, so long as they are fit to be returned to stock and are not made to order, tabbed or personalised in any way.

Where faulty goods are returned to us for replacement, we reserve the right to credit or refund their price instead of replacing them.

How do I send my return back to you?

Simply send the item along with the completed returns form and order/delivery note number, within 30 days, with your order to;

Please be aware that you are responsible for the item(s) until such time as they are received
by us. As such we advise that you use a traceable and insured method of delivery, or at least obtain proof of postage to enable you to claim from the
carrier should your item(s) fail to arrive with us.

I have returned an item, but I have not yet received my refund, what should I do? 

Please ensure that you have included a completed returns form. We will not be able to process your return efficiently without this.

Please allow up to 10 working days for a refund to be processed.
