Danske Bank
Case Study

Danske Bank

Danske Bank, a leading financial institution in Northern
Ireland, set out to modernise their staff uniforms aiming for a balance of style, comfort, and professionalism.

Danske Bank wanted a uniform solution that reflected their modern and professional brand image, and maintained
comfort and practicality for day-to-day wear, whilst still making a strong, positive first impression for customers.

They needed a partner who could offer a fresh perspective while managing the rollout across multiple branches with precision and care.

The Process

Through our consultative and collaborative approach, our in-house design team created a tailored presentation featuring a hybrid solution: core stock garments to ensure consistency and value, enhanced with bespoke details including a custom trim on blouses, branded zip pulls on softshell jackets and a unique printed fabric for select blouse styles.

This approach delivered a premium feel without the cost or complexity of a fully bespoke range, and it was a hit with the
Danske Bank team!

A sizing excercise commenced

Our experienced sizing team travelled to Northern Ireland, spending two weeks visiting staff across all locations. This allowed team members to try on garments to select their preferred sizes and fits to ensure a smooth roll-out. This hands-on approach ensured the uniforms not only looked great but felt great too!

We also introduced an online Wardrobe Management System that enables staff to place and manage their own orders at their convenience, reducing the workload and stress on the management team.

In September 2025, we successfully completed the full rollout ahead of Danske Bank’s official uniform launch in October.

The result? A fresh, cohesive look rolled out across 24 branches, positive staff feedback on both style and comfort, and a team proud to represent their brand in their new uniforms.

Danske Bank now benefits from a uniform solution that aligns with their brand identity, enhances employee confidence and presentation, and supports a seamless customer experience.
